Shipping policy

Shipping policies differ depending on what category the item falls under. By purchasing an item from my store, you are accepting these estimated lead times. Please wait until the designated shipping period for your purchased item has passed to reach out to me—I promise I'm working on it!

If you purchase items in multiple categories (excluding mail club orders), I will combine them into one package. This means that I will ship your items based on the longest lead time. If you ordered one custom piece and one in-stock piece, the entire package will ship out when the custom piece is done, even if the in-stock piece is ready. Please place two separate orders if you'd like the in-stock piece to ship first.

Material World Mail Club

There are two drop-offs per month (Batch 1 and Batch 2). All mail club subscriptions or orders placed before the 11th of any month are in Batch 1 and will be mailed out by the 15th. Subscriptions or orders placed after the 11th of any month are in Batch 2 and will be mailed out by the last day of the month.

The day you place your first order will determine if you are in Batch 1 or Batch 2 for future deliveries. For example, if you find my mail club on July 2nd and start your subscription that day, you will permanently be assigned to Batch 1. All your mail club orders will be sent out by the 15th moving forward. If you find my mail club on July 11th and start your subscription that day, you will be assigned to Batch 2. All your mail club orders will be shipped out by the end of the month.

Mail club orders are sent via USPS First-Class Mail and are untracked. I cannot guarantee a specific delivery day, but domestic mail generally arrives within 1-5 business days while international mail generally arrives within 7 to 21 business days.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Custom items take at least 2 weeks to fabricate—though there are times when I might be able to get them ready faster. If you need a custom item by a specific date (for a special occasion, etc.) email me so that we can figure something out. 

In-Stock Items

I aim to ship out in-stock items within 3-5 business days. 

Pre-Orders

These items will have their lead times clearly stated on the product page.
